PEST TARGET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Pest Target, a platform that connects extermination service providers with clients. By using our platform, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Pest Target, you (as a client or service provider) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Platform Users (Clients)
2.1. Registration and Access: As a user, you must provide accurate information when registering on the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any actions taken through it.
2.2. Client Responsibilities: You agree to use Pest Target solely for the purpose of finding and booking extermination services. You must not solicit service providers for services outside the platform.
2.3. Payment for Services: You agree to pay for any services booked through the platform. Payment must be made using the methods available on Pest Target and in the required timeframes.
2.4. Complaints and Cancellations: If a service is not provided to your satisfaction, you may submit a complaint to Pest Target within 10 days following the service completion. Refunds and cancellation policies will follow the platform's established rules.
2.5. User Liability: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and must not give dangerous or illegal instructions to the service providers. Pest Target is not liable for any disputes between users and service providers.
3. Service Providers
3.1. Provider Obligations: As a registered service provider on Pest Target, you agree to offer your services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must maintain the necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance to legally operate your business.
3.2. Commission: Pest Target charges a 15% commission on the total value of each completed service arranged through the platform. This commission will be automatically deducted from your payment.
3.3. Quality of Service: You agree to provide high-quality services, respect the scheduled appointments, and comply with your commitments. In case of non-compliance, Pest Target reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.
3.4. Payment and Invoicing: Payments will be made via [payment method], after deducting the 15% commission, within [number of days] following the service completion.
4. General Terms for All Users

4.2. Limitation of Liability: Pest Target acts solely as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not responsible for any actions, omissions, or failures of service providers. All liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4.3. Personal Data: We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.
4.4. Account Termination: Pest Target may suspend or terminate access to the platform in the event of a violation of these Terms. Users may also request account termination at any time.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a client and a service provider, Pest Target will act as a mediator if necessary. If no amicable solution is found, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [your jurisdiction].
